Description

Composition：It consists of A&B component, A is polyol, and B is Hydroxyl-Terminated polyurethane prepolymer.

Elastic RTV-2 two-component polyurethane elastomer, not high tensile strength and room temperature vulcanizing.
It is recommended for the production of both simple and complex molds and matrices with a small number of pouring cycles.
The material is budgetary, economical, relatively quickly the form can break when the product is unmolded.
It is recommended to pour gypsum.

Characteristics：It has excellent processing properties, solid in common temperature, shorter gel time, and regulating colours by adding pigment. The ware has good properties of abrasive resistance, hydrolysis resistance, transparent, good resilience, stable dimension.

Application：Substitute for Silicon rubber to make the mould of “cultural stone”. It also applies to electrical equipment potting, rubber rollers, rubber plates, rubber wheels, shoe models and others.

Storage：Store in cool and dry place. If you can’t use one drum up at a time, please inject N2.The storage time of original packing is 3 mouths.

Instructions how to use  polyurethane AbForm Ekopur-40A

1. To coat the master model and the formwork walls three times with varnish with ordinary polyurethane varnish for parquet and smear it with colorless wax for shoes, and then blow a little wax with a hot construction hair dryer.
2. Heat the ingredients to +25 degrees (near the heater), thoroughly mix separately the canister with component A (it is lime-colored), mix 2.5: 1 components by weight (A:B=2.5:1) manually with a plate for about 2-5 minutes, so that there is not a large number of air bubbles.
3. Pour mixed ingredients of 3-4 mm onto the master model and blow a hairdryer to release air bubbles, also smash the whole structure and beat it on the table, after 10 minutes, add a full form to the new polyurethane system batch.
4. Put it in a warm place at a temperature of +25 degrees for 24 hours. Then disassemble from formwork.
