Description

ACRESIST – plaster modifier. Environmentally friendly acrylic resin.

Recipe (applies to +20 degrees Celsius conditions):

ACRESIST – 1 kg;

Water – 1 kg;

Plaster – 4 kg.

We recommend that you mix the resin with water and gradually add the gypsum.

Product strength 95% after 10 days.

Store in a dry place at a temperature of + 5 ° C … + 30 ° C.

Advantages:

• extends the pre-hardening time of the plaster, thus enabling gypsum to be filled with very … very large decorative details;
• reduces the amount of water in the solution;

Due to its formula, it is suitable for obtaining products by the casting method, after final hardening the product looks similar to ceramics and does not require additional surface treatment.

In order to obtain final products of various shapes at the output, it is necessary to pour the material into polyurethane or silicone molds. The final products are identical copies of the original prototype, without any shrinkage or deformation. After final drying, any paints can be applied to the obtained product, as well as treated in an electroplating bath.

How to use: The material is a concentrate of a special acrylic resin, which is ready for use by the casting method: after mixing ACRESIST with water and gypsum in the recommended proportions for 2 minutes, we get a liquid mass that perfectly spreads and fills the entire mold. This material is suitable for creating both flat and flat models, figurines, vases of any type for the arts sector.
