Two-component polyurethane system for castings – professional resin + hardener

The product offered is a high-quality, two-component casting system based on polyurethane resin and hardener, completely solvent-free. The material has been developed for technical castings, flexible moulds and components requiring high mechanical resistance and dimensional stability.

Thanks to its optimal hardness (35 Shore A), low shrinkage (<0.5%) and very good detail reproduction, it is ideal for industrial applications as well as modelling and artistic work.

• Production of flexible moulds for architectural concrete, plaster, wax, epoxy and polyester resins.
• Castings of technical and prototype components (bushings, shock absorbers, anti-vibration components).
• Gaskets, washers, rubber-like components exposed to variable conditions.
• Copies of sculptures, figurines, decorative and artistic elements with a high degree of detail
• Moulds for jewellery casting and small-batch production of functional parts
• Replicas and reconstruction elements requiring tensile and tear resistance
