One-component polyurethane primer, primer, primer SparDesmo-G

– one-component polyurethane backing on an organic basis. The material is intended for priming concrete floors and is used in a system with wear-resistant polyurethane enamel SparDesmo-G. The Soil is also used to prepare the concrete base in the process of complex laying of various polymer coatings (thin-layer, self-leveling, Quartz-filled, sports).

It is characterized by good adhesion and a high degree of penetration of concrete. It provides the necessary adhesion of subsequent layers of varnish to the substrate. It is a chemical resistant material.

Universal polyurethane primer SparDesmo-G-very low sticky transparent liquid in amber color. It hardens with air humidity at any temperature, including negative. After polymerization, the film is characterized by high strength, hardness, moderate flexibility, excellent adhesion to almost all building materials. Very high resistance to abrasion and chemicals such as water, petroleum products, salts, diluted bases and acids.

Long curing time and very low viscosity allow it to penetrate deep into the substrate. It protects reinforced concrete from leaching, carbonization, as well as from chloride, sulfate and biological corrosion, which increases its service life. It strengthens the substrate, increases the strength of concrete, especially for bending and tearing, gives it abrasion resistance and chemical resistance.

The finished film is vapor-permeable, UV radiation makes it yellow. It can be used both indoors and outdoors (in the thickness of concrete or with subsequent UV protection). It is mainly used for priming the substrate for industrial polymer self-leveling floors, as well as as an independent coating-impregnation of concrete, solution of the problem of concrete dusting, protection against abrasion.

Prevention:

• P210: keep away from heat / sparks/open flames/hot surfaces. – Smoking is prohibited.
• P243: take measures to prevent electrostatic discharge.
• P101: if you need medical advice, show the container or label.
• P260: do not inhale vapours.
• P264: wash hands thoroughly after use.
• P280: wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/Face Protection.
• P305 + P351 + P338: in case of contact with eyes: rinse thoroughly with water for several minutes. Remove the contact lenses, if any, and they can be easily removed. Keep rinsing.
• P370 + P378: in case of fire: use an ABC type powder extinguisher for extinguishing.
• P501: dispose of Contents/container to special waste receptacles present in your region.
