Description

INTEGRAL two-component polyurethane foam.

GießFLEX-250 is a two-component semi-rigid polyurethane foam with a density of 250 kg/m³, ideal for insulation applications. Its components, A and B, have different parameters, which allows the proportions to be fine-tuned during the mixing process. Component A has a density of 1.07 g/cm³ and a viscosity of 720 mPas at 25°C, while component B has a density of 1.24 g/cm³ and a viscosity of 290 mPas under the same conditions.

• The ratio of components A to B is 2:1 by weight.
• The curing time is 30 seconds.
• Gelling time is 70 seconds.
• Drying time is 90 seconds.
• The resulting foam has an apparent density of 250 kg/m³.
• GußFLEX-250 foam is ideal for insulating a house, especially in hard-to-reach places, providing excellent thermal insulation properties. Its volume increases by up to 25-28 times after foaming, allowing it to effectively fill any gaps and voids.

Thanks to its strength and durability, GießFLEX-250 foam is also excellent for a variety of industrial and artistic applications. For both hand-mixing and industrial applications, it provides high quality and easy application.

Before applying the foam, the ingredients must be properly prepared by keeping them at the right temperature (+25C) and mixing them thoroughly. After use, tools and equipment should be thoroughly cleaned to avoid hindrances associated with the curing of the foam.
